Natalia Nikolova is a lecturer and early career researcher at UTS specialising in management consulting, professional business services, and the creative industries. She is the Chief Investigator of a research project to be funded by the CIIC titled, "Developing best practice business development and advice support for Australian creative industries SMEs", which she hopes will contribute to the future growth of creative businesses in Australia. Natalia received her PhD in management and economics from the University of Cologne, Germany in 2006.
