Emeritus Professor Sue Rowley is a consultant in creative industries and university-based research. Current Board memberships include the CIIC, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), and the Australasian CRC for Interactive Design (ACID).
Professor Rowley was also Foundation Professor of Contemporary Australian Art History and Head of the School of Art History and Theory at the UNSW College of Fine Arts (1995-2000), Executive Director for Humanities and Creative Arts at the Australian Research Council (2001-2004) and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) at the University of Technology Sydney (2004-2009).
